A Short History
Started out in a San Francisco garage in Year 2000,
I Print N Mail has grown as a bulk printing and mailing, direct mail marketing company. We now process up to 250,000 pieces of mail per day!
It’s Not “Just A Job”, and You’re Not “Just A Wallet”
As a family-owned business, we don’t see what we do just as “a job.” We started this business believing (rather naively) that we want to build this business the right way, cultivating the right client relationships for the long haul. Two decades, a few economic downturns, a boom, and one great recession later, we can attest that:

We observe this over and over: there needs to be certain level of trust in ordering tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of marketing investments, that you don’t ever get to see (except one piece mailed to yourself, perhaps). We want your mailing campaigns to be done right. We want you to be satisfied and successful, you cannot help but to give us your business for the next 5, 10, or even 20 years!

We offer consultative approach to all of our projects, we will dig deep into our knowledge base and work our behinds off to put you in the best position. You will work with an Account Manager as your single point of contact, taking charge of your project.
From design, mail list building, printing, kitting, assembly, mailing, to waiting in line at the Post Office… plus more. Let us take the hassle out of your busy schedule.

We love our people here at I Print N Mail and we believe their dignity is far more important than money. We are a close-knit family, we know each others’s birthdays, and each others’ spouses and kids birthdays (yes, those are quite a lot of dates to remember!). While 99.9% of clients we encounter are courteous, kind, patient and respectful, we are never afraid to turn down business from people who demean or devalue our team members.
Customer Service Hours
Our Customer Service Specialists and Account Managers (if you have an active project) are around Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Pacific Time. We’re closed on weekends so that our folks can spend time with their families.
